I was lucky enough to be invited to document one of 46 North Farm's "Farm to Fork" Events. It was a huge treat! With amazing weather, gorgeous surroundings, amazing smells, beautiful people and healthy, fresh picked right off the farm food --what more could you want for a Saturday summer afternoon?
The event was hosted at "46 North Farms" by husband and wife owners Packy and Teresa. First, guests arrived and mingled. There was a quick meet and greet and then Teresa gave a farm tour to the group. Next, local Astoria, Oregon chef Marco did a cooking class on how to prepare farm vegetables on the grill. Guests were also treated to a mouth watering desert also created by Marco. 
Guests finished off the afternoon by taking a stroll around the greenhouse and enjoying some nice conversation.
